The OnlyAI framework: clarity, structure, execution
Most AI initiatives stall because they start with tools instead of outcomes. This one starts with the P&L.

Who it's for: executives and team leads at mid-market companies who want measurable AI outcomes without building a large internal team.
1. Clarity: align with business outcomes
- Define one or two business objectives: shorter response times, less rework, more conversions.
- Translate them into use cases tied to revenue, margin, or efficiency.
- Set success signals up front: baseline, target, timeframe.
2. Structure: execute in phased sprints
- A 90-day roadmap with weekly or biweekly sprints.
- Clear roles: sponsor, product lead, data and ML, operations owner.
- Governance checklists for data, privacy, model choice, and human-in-the-loop.
3. Execution: prove value and deploy
- Track stage-specific metrics: adoption, productivity, quality, and financial impact.
- Hold go/no-go gates at each phase to avoid sunk-cost drift.
- Harden for reliability, security, and support, then hand over with a runbook.
The phased journey
- Weeks 0 to 2, Discover: workshop, process mapping, one hero use case.
- Weeks 3 to 6, Validate: prototype on real data, measure against baseline.
- Weeks 7 to 10, MVP: ship to a pilot group, instrument adoption.
- Weeks 11 to 12+, Scale: harden, integrate, expand.
